Working with Hugh we realised that we were giving discounts to secure the sales but these discounts were damaging our bottom line profit. Hugh’s recommendation that we offer extra components in a bedroom/kitchen design, that cost us less, and were not added to the customer’s bill enabled us to seal deals and make us more profit.

We then had to convince our sales team to stop giving discounts. it was accepted when the team received bonuses on completed non-discounted sales.
